Package Processing Time
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. Until your order has shipped, it will remain "unfulfilled" on your account. (Excluding pre-sale products)
Delivery range
We Ship Worldwide. If there is an order that cannot be delivered, we will notify you and refund in the first instance.
If you place an abnormal order, or if you have any questions, please contact our customer service team (info@pinklotta.com) in time, we will be the first time to serve you.
Shipping Fee
The shipping costs will vary depending on the actual total price on your order, when your order over $98, you qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Mode
We usually use UPS, FEDEX and DHL for delivery.
UPS, FedEx Express and DHL GLOBAL MAIL.
We provide international delivery worldwide with an online tracking number to make sure you receive your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show.
In some rare case, the tracking information may not updated but you will still receive your order.
Shipping Time&Zone
Each country's logistics time is different and will be affected by the speed of package processing by local logistics providers.
Orders can take 2 - 5 business days to process and ship and 5 - 8 business days to deliver depending on which shipping carrier and package is chosen.
Notice:
1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 3-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for any carrier's guarantees.
We will NOT refund shipping charges if any carrier fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
All of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
2. Since you live outside of China, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
Reminder:
*PinkLotta is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited China.
*PinkLotta is not responsible for the package after the tracking information shows it was successfully delivered to destination. If for some reason you did not receive it, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier for clarification.
*Packages undeliverable by fedex, usps, dhl, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. . If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us via email at info@pinklotta.com.
